We don't know why or if he was even being serious, all we know is the image of R-Patz reading the following line from 50 Shades...

...whilst using his tongue in any way, gets us exceptionally excited.

We are aware this blog was pointless. We can only hope we've given R-Patz fans some material to... ahm... daydream about today.
